Jun. 24th, 2005 @ 05:05 pm Stolen from Roboho...
A meme from many.
5 things you would tell your 16-year-old self if you could:

1. Spend as much quality time with your parents as possible.
2. Take care of yourself now, because later it's going to be harder to do so.
3. When you get to college, make sure you stay off the internet.
4. Don't listen to others when they put you down, because it means they have insecurities
5. You ARE worth it!

BTW, now that I've filled these out, I don't believe I would do anything to change my past. Had I changed my past I'd never end up in the life I have today, and really, I'm pretty damned happy in the life I have.

Welp, I've got a phone interview in 10 minutes. Woot!!! Perfect position for me and even more perfect hours and location (which is a big thing for us).

I've decided to make a list of things I'd like to purchase after I get a job. This of course would be after I get to pay some bills:)

Aaron a new computer
Futon for the living room
new office chairs
a good vacuum cleaner (Full Gear dyson vacuum)
bedroom set
new dishes
dining room set
washer and dryer
new clothing
bathroom stuff

I think that's about the bulk of it. I know its a lot of high priced items, so we'll have to get maybe 1 thing a month or something, but I can't wait! Not to count chickens before they hatch, it's just I'm so ready to start working again.

BTW, the phone interview went great!!! Gotta interview tomorrow:)

Jun. 6th, 2005 @ 04:01 pm Gastric Bypass
Welp, this evening I'm going to a seminar to get information on a possible gastric bypass surgery. As many of you know, I've been battling with weight issues all my life. I am looking forward to finding out as much information about the surgery as possible and what I can expect. I don't want to make any decisions on whether or not to go ahead with the surgery until I get all the information I can.

All I know for sure is I can't wait to be able to take a plane ride comfortably or go to Six Flags with my husband and have a great time. I am looking forward to having a quality life again.

Current Mood: nauseatednauseated
I had to have a tooth pulled today...lots of complications with a previous root canal. All I can say is OWWWWW, it hurt like a bitch. I can't believe it was so painful. Some of the pain is subsiding now, but I think that's due to the tylenol I took. I can't get it to stop bleeding and it's been 2.5 hours now...I guess it'll continue to bleed for a couple days.

Anyway, if you ever have to get a tooth pulled, get another opinion;)
